i can post little posts, but for some reason if it’s long, i can’t publish it…

well, i would have updated sooner, but the internet was out yesterday at work - on the plus side: i got a lot of work finished!

friday night i went to rosh hashannah dinner at the zwain’s house.  it was fun - j.d. was in town and so it was good to hang out.  then saturday jess, casey, beth, and i all went downtown to look at condos.  we only actually went into two of them; we were trying to narrow down the areas of town we liked.  i think i need to make about double what i make now in order to afford living downtown, but who knows…

sunday i think i did some homework that was about it…see, this is what happens when i don’t update right away - i forget what i did!

school is kicking my ass - but i’ll survive…

i think people are confused. i think it is the ultimate in democracy, and some would say in patriotism, to question government. these are the principles upon which our country was founded - we’re a bunch of freakin’ rebels! so when a leader from another country comes here and criticizes our government, that person is doing so because of the freedoms for which america stands! so if you’re pissed that chavez comes up and calls bush the devil, then you’re unamerican, undemocratic, and a fascist. i’ve linked to dictionary.com’s definition of fascism for you non-political science people.

well, it’s not over yet, but i guess i will go ahead and start writing about it…

there - i’m finished writing about it.  i have had a migraine since wednesday night, and i still kind of have a headache, but it’s getting better.  i missed work thurs and fri and class on thurs.  so i didn’t really do anything this weekend at all.  i went to marietta diner today with jess and casey and we met her parents cause it’s her dad’s birthday.  that was about the extent of my weekend.  unfortunately i’m a little behind on class work now because reading with a migraine is not exactly fun.

life goes on - other than that it was a nice relaxing weekend - if you discout the searing pain, vomitting, and hatred of light and sound.
